The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) is a Federal law that protects the privacy of student education records. Written authorization for the release of any information regarding a student's educational record must come from the student.
SC State University does not accept personal checks. The approved forms of payment for services or fees are a cashier’s check, money order or credit/debit cards (Visa, American Express, MasterCard)
